Are food and drinks included?

We will NOT have unlimited food and drinks. BUT, at most of our tours at least (1) meal will be included with your registration fee. Complimentary Buffet Breakfast will be included with our hotel stay package. The FULL itinerary will be available to review by January 2026.

Are there ANY Vaccinations required to enter BALI, indonesia

  No specific vaccines are required to enter Bali or Indonesia, but routine vaccinations should be up-to-date, and several are recommended, including for Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and Tdap. A Yellow Fever vaccine may be required if you are arriving from a country with a risk of Yellow Fever transmission. It is essential to consult a healthcare professional at least 6-8 weeks before your trip to discuss your personal health history, itinerary, and any necessary vaccines or medications. 

• COVID-19 Requirements: As of 2024, proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative test results are NO longer required.

Visa and entry requirements for Bali

• Visa on Arrival (VOA): US citizens can obtain a VOA for stays of up to 30 days, which can be extended once for another 30 days. The cost is approximately IDR 500,000 (around USD $35).

• Electronic Visa on Arrival (e-VOA): Available for online application before arrival, which can expedite the entry process.

• Passport Validity: Must be valid for at least six months beyond the arrival date.

How long does it take to get to Bali? and which Airlines are we using?

There are no direct nonstop flights from O'Hare International Airport (ORD) to Bali International Airport -Denpasar (DPS). The shortest flight time available is approximately 24 hours and 5 minutes, but this typically involves a stopover in Doha or Taipei. For the quickest option, travelers may need to consider one-stop flights with airlines like Qatar Airways or Cathay Pacific, which can take around 23 hours and 20 minutes.

Fastest times by departure city: 

• Los Angeles (LAX): Around 20 hours, 5 minutes

• New York (NYC): Around 22 hours, 25 minutes

• Washington D.C. (IAD): Around 23 hours, 10 minutes

We have a RESERVED GROUP FLIGHT with EVA Air/Cathay/ China (depending on best rate and most comfortable flight schedule) Airlines that will handle our roundtrip flight arrangements… Our in-country transportation company will provide roundtrip shuttle transportation from AIRPORT to HOTEL. Please keep in mind that when we depart the US, early morning on 5/20 we will not arrive in Bali until the evening of 5/21. BALI will be 12 hours ahead of CHICAGO (CST) when we depart,
