HOW DO I PAY My deposit???

PAYMENT PLANS offered???

  • Accepting Non-Refundable Deposits per guest NOW to reserve your desired cities event package. CLICK HERE to pay deposit now!

  • Each guest attending trip MUST BE 21+ years of age; Proper identification will be required to enter the designated events.

  • You must complete your registration by clicking the “Register Now” button and filling out all information in order to make deposit payment and receive your Stripe invoice, which will deduct your deposit payment and give you a total remaining balance.

  • Payment plans are offered (FOR OUT OF THE COUNTRY VACATIONS ONLY) and give guests an opportunity to make multiple payments in order to pay your trip in full. You can ONLY utilize payment plan option AFTER you have paid your deposit. It will take into account that your deposit has been applied. For example: if there are 2 guests, in 1 room, and they both want the package with Hotel + Events… their total may be $1900. Their deposit total would be $500. $1900 - $500 = $1400. The payment plan would divide that remaining $1400 in half and charge (2) payments of $700. You must select your the correct LOCATION, ROOM TYPE, and OCCUPANCY LEVEL in order for this to work properly. *** In order to take advantage of our group rate offering at our host hotels, registration must be completed via this website. You will not be able to call the hotel directly OR make an online reservation and receive the group rate

*** 2 Queen beds rooms are ALWAYS based off hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed… each group hotel contract has 50% of the reservation with Queen Beds… the earlier you pay your package in full, the better your chances at receiving a room with 2 queen beds
